No peace in Palestine while Israel is there

Will there ever be peace in Palestine? Not likely as long as Palestine remains two-thirds occupied by Israel. And the Palestinians will continue with whatever means they can muster against a militarily more powerful occupier; the same thing we would do if our country was largely occupied by an enemy. Since the state of Israel was created by the West in 1948, they have expanded their boundaries by occupying 67 percent of Palestine. Backed, primarily, by their fellow rogue nation, the United States, Israel has become the most powerful military force in the area. And, as super powers are wont to do, they throw their weight around at will, immune to criticism of their actions. So as long as biblical myths about Israel remain embedded in our Judeo-Christian national psyche and we unconditionally continue to finance their expansions and brutal treatment of the Palestinians, peace will not occur in Palestine.
